Hey there!

I'm glad you're here. Seeking therapy can be intimidating, so I want to offer some detail on who I am and what guides my practice. My approach to therapy is rooted in practicality and self-exploration. I am confident that you’ve heard that therapy isn’t one size fits all… and neither is life. Sometimes, we try to fit ourselves into labels that leave us feeling confused and lost about who we are, what we need and how we want to take care of ourselves.

My job as your therapist is to help you explore all of those things in a way that feels approachable and manageable. I am a firm believer that we all have the resources within us to solve our problems, it’s a matter of building internal and external communication systems to do so.

My work is strongly informed by DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and IFS (Internal Family Systems). Once we understand who you are and what you need, we can integrate practical skills like communication, emotion regulation, and building healthy relationships (with both yourself and others).

Being human is hard, but I cherish the opportunity to explore your unique experience and help you thrive. Let’s embark on this journey together and discover what makes you, well, you.
